This policy explains what personal information MyEncore Academy collects, why, and your rights. Because our learners are children, the responsible parent or guardian gives consent and controls the data.
To provide the learning service, track each learner's progress, manage subscriptions and payments, and communicate with the responsible parent. We do not sell personal information.
By creating a learner profile you confirm you are the parent/legal guardian and consent to the processing of that child's personal information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent by deleting the learner or your account.
Data is stored on secured infrastructure; passwords are hashed. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (e.g. payment and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
On the free plan, the Android app may show optional, clearly labelled rewarded advertisements (Google AdMob) that a learner chooses to watch to restore practice energy. Because our learners are children, all ad requests are child-directed and non-personalised: ads are limited to a G ("general audiences") content rating, no advertising profile is built, and no personal information is used for ad targeting. Paid subscriptions contain no advertising at all. We do not use ad formats that appear automatically without the learner choosing them.
You may access, correct, or delete your and your child's personal information. Account and full data deletion is available in the app (Account → Delete account), or contact us.
