Welcome to MyEncore Academy ("the Service"), a CAPS-aligned learning platform operated by MyEncore. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
A parent or legal guardian creates and controls the account and may add learner profiles for their children. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Learner profiles are operated by the responsible adult — children do not log in separately.
Use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed per learner. Practice content is available on a free, usage-limited basis; Premium unlocks additional usage and features. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Learning content is aligned to the South African CAPS curriculum and reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee it is free of errors and it does not replace formal schooling.
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Because learners are minors, the responsible parent/guardian provides consent for the processing of their data.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your account and all associated learner data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
